1. General
By subscribing to any meal plan from Lean Fresh Kitchen, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users across the UAE and govern the purchase, delivery, and use of our meal services.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments must be made in advance to activate your subscription.
- Refunds apply only to undelivered days and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days and can only be transferred to the subscriber’s own personal bank account.
- Refunds cannot be issued to friends’, family members’, or third‑party accounts.
- Refund requests are accepted only for issues directly related to:
- Meal quality
- Delivery service
- All refund requests are subject to final approval by higher management.
- No refunds are provided for:
- Change of mind
- Personal schedule changes
- Failure to pause/skip meals within the required timeframe
3. Cooler Bag Deposit
- A refundable AED 100 cooler bag deposit applies to all new subscribers.
- The deposit is forfeited after 6 months of inactivity on the customer’s account.
- Lost or damaged bags may incur additional charges.
4. Subscription Pause, Resume & Skips
- Subscribers may pause their plan for a maximum of:
- 15 calendar days per subscription cycle
- 30 Islamic days during Ramadan
- To skip or resume a meal, you must inform us 1 day before by 12 PM.
- If not informed on time, the day will be counted as delivered.
5. Delivery Policy
- We use third‑party delivery partners. Lean Fresh Kitchen is not responsible for:
- Delays
- Misconduct
- Damage caused by delivery personnel
- Each area/district has predefined delivery slots. Meals will be delivered within those time windows.
- To change your delivery address, you must inform us 1 day before by 3 PM.
- If not informed on time, the meal will be delivered to the previous address.
6. Food Safety & Consumption
- We prepare meals fresh daily and do not use frozen or stored ingredients.
- For best quality and safety, meals should be consumed on the same day of delivery.
- Once delivered to your doorstep, Lean Fresh Kitchen is not responsible for:
- Spoilage due to temperature exposure
- Delayed collection
- Improper storage by the customer
7. Health, Allergies & Medical Disclaimer
- Lean Fresh Kitchen is not a medical service and does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
- If you have any medical condition, allergy, or dietary restriction, you must consult your doctor, dietitian, or nutritionist before subscribing.
- We are not liable for:
- Allergic reactions
- Medical complications
- Legal or financial losses arising from meal consumption
- Cross‑contamination may occur despite best practices.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and delivery information
- Collecting meals promptly after delivery
- Informing us of any changes within the required cut‑off times
- Returning cooler bags in good condition
9. Service Modifications
Lean Fresh Kitchen reserves the right to:
- Modify menu items
- Adjust pricing due to market conditions
- Update delivery schedules
- Change these Terms & Conditions at any time
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
